Operational Standards
I believe in transparency. Here is a look at the paperwork, scheduling, and process before we even talk.
Getting Started
Forms & Policies
After our consultation, you will receive secure intake forms through the client portal. These must be completed, your insurance card uploaded, and a form of payment on file before your first session to ensure we can focus entirely on the work.
I believe in being upfront about how I run my practice. A copy of my current policies is available for review right here, before you even reach out.
Should it become necessary to make policy changes in the future, established clients will be given at least 30 days' notice prior to implementation and a copy of the new policy for their records. I will be available to discuss relevant changes outside of your therapy hour.
Priority Scheduling
I utilize a recurring appointment model so therapy becomes a consistent part of your routine. Having a regular appointment day/time provides the stability needed for meaningful progress and ensures you never have to hunt for an open slot.
I recognize that medical professionals and first responders often have unpredictable shift rotations. I offer flexibility for those with changing work schedules to ensure you can still prioritize your mental health. Occasionally, I have openings for evening or weekend appointments to accommodate working parents, students, and executives.
If your desired scheduling is not available, you can join a wait list or I am happy to provide referrals to other clinicians.
Current clients can request extra appointments as needed. Online scheduling is not open to prospective clients.
